Advantage Customers

Your Advantage Program™ rental equipment is in good hands. All terms and conditions remain the same. To book a service or maintenance appointment contact your local centre just as you have always done. One change you may notice is your monthly bill. It will be dual branded until November and then Enercare-branded afterward. Your account number will also change, so any payee information for online banking will need to be updated, as per the instructions on your first bill. If you are registered for preauthorized payment, the biller’s name will change to Enercare Home Services, but there’s no action required on your part.

**Available to Enercare’s Heating/Cooling protection plan customers, rental water heater customers and/or rental HVAC customers whose equipment is not operational (for example – no heat, no cooling or no hot water). On average, Enercare attends to furnace/boiler, central air conditioner, or water heater non-operational calls 90% of the time the same day. Subject to exclusions in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable protection plan or rental agreement
***Enercare’s annual total parts and labour responsibility is limited to a maximum retail value per year of $500 (including HST) for compressor unit or condenser coil repairs. Refrigerant recovery, vacuuming, and refill not included. Certain exceptions apply. See Plan Terms and Conditions available at enercare.ca/terms for details.
****Offer cannot be combined with another offer. Offer is not available in all areas and is not available to existing Cooling Protection Plan or Cooling Protection Plan with Maintenance customers. Must sign up for a one-year commitment, regardless of the method of payment, and Plan will be automatically renewed by Enercare on a yearly basis.
