Thanks for sending Brandon out this morning for our annual service. He was fast, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. We've had 5 star service every time Rob's Albertan comes out. Don't take this the wrong way, but we hope we don't see you again until next year.

Would not recommend. I received a quote from Rob’s Service Alberta for a furnace and air conditioner/or heat pump to decide which. I advised that between the condo board and funding, booking would be delayed. That didn’t seem to be a problem when they wanted the work. When I received the invoice, it was $1,300 more than the quote to which I did not receive any notice of the price change. The technicians were nice but they left a mess after the install. The heat pump didn’t work after installation and they had to come back the next day and replace something (supposed to be brand new). The back of my Heat Pump screen is dented from it being installed. There are other companies who will pursue your business and honour their quote. Look to Romaniuk or Square One. The one thing I am happy about is not agreeing to leasing the furnace and heat pump from them and being tied to this company forever.
