Callaghan and Brandon did our first furnace service today and went above and beyond. They ensured that I understood the filter replacement requirements when and if the AC is running vs not and provided water heater options, also ensured that I could reach out to have our AC fixed. Both were very polite and made me feel comfortable having them in my home.
