Update: Since placing my Google review, Rob’s has sent me a bill with an increase in price. Each year, they increase the price of my plan. I wasn’t aware that the rate I signed in at, wasn’t going to stay stagnant. With water heater plans being over so many years (13-15 years), I’m unfortunately going to be stuck paying a much higher bill each month for that duration. It costs too much money to get out of the plan too. Unfortunately what they sold me was too good to be true. Buyer Beware. Old review: Received my annual check up and cleaning for my tankless water heater today - it was so lovely to have Aiden for the job. He was friendly and thorough. I also love that Rob’s Albertan will call me when I’m due for my annual checkup, making sure I’m cared for and one less thing to remember on my mental load plate as a mom.

When our furnace was acting up last year we had Rob's fix it and signed up for their maintenance plan. Today their tech Brandon came out for our annual furnace check up - fast, knowledgeable and helpful too. I had questions about unrelated appliances (humidifier and hot water tank) and not only did he answer my questions but also got the office on the phone to book an additional service for me. Highly recommend Rob's Albertan Service and many thanks for your help Brandon!

Very disappointed in service, phone number they report using was not even close to what was provided, the appointment was missed and the only possible solution is to live with my plumbing problem over the weekend and they MIGHT be able to get to it Monday or Tuesday. Romaniuk is scheduled for tomorrow!

Took possession of my condo on a Friday afternoon and soon discovered that I had some plumbing issues that left me with no running water. Called Rob Albertans and service was great from the word go. The lady who answered my call at 9pm was very friendly and assured me that a plumber would help me first thing in the morning. Matthew contacted me in the morning and was on time, friendly, and efficient!
