Worst service we have ever received! Had to pay $125 before they did anything. Had a tech come to replace our thermostat. He said $550 to install a $60 thermostat. If we bought the thermostat first then it was $200 to install. We said no thanks but had to pay the $125 to a very unfriendly, grumpy tech. Spent maybe 10 minutes. Then we had a plumber come in for our leaking shower faucet. He ordered the replacement cartridge for the faucet. When he installed it it didn't work. It is leaking worse than it was before! Suggested we purchase a faucet from them and have them install for a total of $200. If we purchased the faucet it would be $150 to have them install. We also had them install a set of taps for the bathroom sink that we purchased, it cost $440 just for the installation and $218 for 2 techs to do the work, total $658 + $125 for walking in the door. Very expensive for the work that was done.

Rob’s is always so friendly, professional and accommodating. I needed to re-schedule an appointment and got one without any hassle. Aiden came by and checked everything out, installed a new filter and explained all the tasks done. Excellent service!
