Both techs were absolutely phenomenal. Performed my yearly maintenance and reported no problems. Friendly and highly knowledgeable. Would recommend Rob's Albertan Service / Enercare to anyone. Been a customer for about 9/10 years. When a problem occurs they are always there to resolve the problem.

I called Rob’s because my regular guy was back-logged. Glad I did. They were prompt, reasonable and experienced. Ian (tech), came out to check out my water heater - wouldn’t light. He got that running, though it’s clear I’m on borrowed time with that unit. He provided a breakdown of options going forward. I also met with Ally (sales) who filled me in on plans and costs they offer for replacement. The experience left me less stressed and comfortable that a clear path forward exists. I Recommend.
