Thomas arrived promptly at 8:00 AM & did a thorough test & inspection of my furnace & A/c. He answered all my questions & got me signed up for maintenance package for my A/c as its warranty coverage was expiring. Very personable & professional. Double bonus as he lives not 5 min. away
