We woke this morning to 16c. Called Rob’s Furnace and before noon Adam called. He replaced a switch in the furnace. He also put in a new simpler thermostat, something I have been wanting for 20 years. The house is warm and the lady of the house is delighted.

Today I had Rob's Albertan Service Experts out to perform regular annual maintenance on our furnace. Aiden (#317) was the tech that serviced the furnace. By coincidence, he was the tech that serviced the furnace last year. He is very professional, but friendly and concerned that he reviews all the relevant info to you, as well as making sure he has answered all your questions. I'm a senior and appreciate knowing my furnace is being maintained and working properly, and am very happy and comfortable receiving the furnace maintenance program from Rob's Albertan! Thank you for being a star among a lot of questionable competitors!
