A Big thank you to Rob's Albertan team and technician Ian for excellent service and repairing my old furnace. Rob's Albertan notified me if Technician could arrive earlier than scheduled, which was very nice of them. Ian is an amazing Technician with an immense wealth of knowledge and experience. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Ian took the time to explain the operation, what to look out for, how to properly maintain your furnace and answered all of my questions and concerns. He took photos of defected part and send me a copy. Ian also explained my options. Buying new furnace vs repair costs. I highly recommend Ian and Rob's Albertan for all heating,cooling needs.
