We’ve consistently had excellent service from Rob’s Albertan. Aiden and Riel came out for our annual tankless hot water system inspection and found a leak. They returned the following week to fix it—thankfully covered under the company’s Advantage Program. During their visit, they also did a quick check of our older furnace and flagged a few age-related concerns. With the current perks Rob’s Albertan is offering on new furnace installations, we decided it was the right time to upgrade and also add a water softener. A big thank you to Nathan in sales for clearly explaining our options and helping us choose the best setup for our home. Ved and his partner installed the new furnace the next week and did a great job. Brandon followed up the day after to make a few adjustments, and even managed to come earlier than expected despite the snowy weather. Also, thank you to Melissa for booking a tech so quickly. Always have friendly service from the techs and staff.☺️

Thomas Duran was super punctual, friendly, informative and efficient. The service visit went over without a hitch. Rob’s Albertan installed my new furnace a few years ago and I am so happy with the work and friendly staff. I like the monthly plan for maintenance as I don’t have to cough up money to have the furnace serviced and it makes me feel good to know that my investment is being well taken care of! Thanks!!
