Edit: 2026 Callaghan came to do my yearly furnace check up and he was great! Only issue this time is they no longer include a free furnace filter with their checkup when you are on their maintenance plan. Not cool that the price goes up and we don’t even get a free filter anymore 👎 I went through Costco for a new furnace and Rob's Albertan did the install. The woman that did the initial consultation was very nice. She explained everything and was very thorough. The technicians(Brandon) came out a couple days later to do the install and were also very professional. They again went over everything they would do before and after it was done. I'd definitely recommend Rob's Albertan as the whole process was easy and went smoothly. Edit: Kyle came this week to do my furnace's yearly maintenance. He was very nice, explained everything and got the job done quickly!

Adam Lloyd was our service technician for two visits, and he was outstanding. His explanations were clear and concise, and he took time to answer any additional questions. He serviced our furnace and replaced the motor which was no longer working, along with supplying and installing two thermostats. Everything was done in a timely fashion after the furnace failed. We couldn't be happier with Rob's Albertan.
