We had a leaking toilet seal and some outdated water supply valves that needed to be replaced at both toilets. Matthew quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, provided an estimate for the repairs and then got straight to work. Matthew and Alex both worked well together to tackle the work. They were efficient, respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves, checked everything for leaks and clearly know their stuff. If you need reliable, fast, thorough and honest plumbers, we’d recommend asking for these guys. Thank you!

Nick O. helped me with my furnace which had stopped working. He was on time for the scheduled appointment, efficient, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He got my furnace working within 15 minutes of arriving and gave me some education about furnace maintenance. When I called in the morning to book the appointment they were able to send Nick out within a couple of hours of my phone call. Since they were able to send Nick out during the day they did not have to charge me the emergency night time rate. I called two other furnace companies prior to calling Rob's Albertan. Neither could see me during the day and both of the other companies would have charged me substantially more for an after hours call. Also it was cold out at the time and I didn't want to have to wait that long to get my furnace working again. One of the things I really appreciated was receiving a text a few minutes prior to my appointment. The text gave me the name of and a picture of the technician who would be coming to my home as well as an estimated time of arrival. I'm extremely impressed with the service Rob's Albertan gave me, from the very kind call taker who booked the appointment, to Nick O. who was extremely helpful and efficient. I will be booking a follow up furnace maintenance appointment a few months from now with Rob's Albertan as recommended and would highly recommend this company for all furnace needs.

Bought our furnace and AC from Rob’s Albertan. Appreciate they are proactive on the maintenance and always professional. Our tech Callaghan was friendly, explained the work being done and was right on time for the appointment. Great work!
