General Manager is held accountable for
directing and coordinating all activities of a
Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office.
The General Manager supervises the P&L, drives
sales, and provides leadership to all personnel
and processes for the office.
The Service Technician conducts
diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, cooling, and related equipment
and accessories. The Service Technician speaks
with residential and/or commercial customers to provide
answers to any and all questions, resolve issues,
and confirm complete customer satisfaction. The person filling the position also recommends products and services and works under the management
of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Installation Technician performs HVAC equipment
and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial jobsites. The
person in the position
also conducts installation and service on inside air equipment and
products, as well, and has the qualifications
to understand controls and wiring graphics
Customer Service Specialist handles customer
and billing inquiries with the highest level
of courtesy and professionalism to resolve
customer complaints with a same-call
resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also charged with assisting in
day-to-day operation of the Service Experts Heating and
Air Conditioning service office.
Dispatcher, following Service
Experts radio and pager policies,
dispatches appointments to Installers, Service Technicians, and
Maintenance Technicians. The individual in the
positiong also interacts
with the customer to ensure the customer is aware
of scheduled appointments, answer questions,
and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher
effectively plans and routes the most suitable
technicians using established company guidelines.
